    I've never seen this Prolific Chat Bot... I guess that's what you get if you attempt to contact support? I've never seen it linked on the dashboard or anything like that... weird if people get different dashboards

    it's usually in the bottom corner. I've only used it a few times. If I go more than a day without studies or a couple of weeks ago when they held my money for manual payout because I had too much.
