    I didn't add my review but I also got a BS reject (#23 out of 157,137 HITs completed) with just an 'x'. I'd block him.

    That is probably not the requester's fault. For a while, that's what Amazon was officially telling requesters to do when rejecting though I'm not sure if that's still the case. Even if it isn't, it's probably still floating around the requester circles as being a valid input for rejection.
