    getting a little tired of seeing "your responses are being monitored for timeliness" on Prolific
    1) chill 2) maybe if you're gonna design research that depends on split-second timeliness per response, plan for and expect to pay more than, you know, pence
    *3) if I had a dollar for every time I've seen "please close ALL tabs and turn off your music and shut off your phone and hugely inconvenience yourself for pennies" (to be fair, hardly limited to Prolific) I could probably afford to not turk again
