Dear northern states, come get your cold weather, it's freezing in Florida!

 

all of you should find out if you have LEAP in your state and if you qual for it

 

I just googled. it turns out LEAP means totally different things in different states lol. I think it's HEAP with an h in more states. I know someone told me they didn't have anything like it in florida or other states that don't get really cold very often. but that was like ten years ago.

google HEAP and your state to look for energy assistance program for low income people in your state. they pay part of your heating bill. but in colorado there's always a wait because I think there are a lot of people who apply so it can take a month or more and you can't apply for that winter after a specific date during the fall or winter sometime.

Just cold rain for me, but family in the panhandle got some decent snow, but nothing like Pensacola. Crazy 6-7 inches there.
