@malysa I almost forgot, some of the stuff I'm allergic to didn't exist in the 90's, it is new ingredients in body washes and stuff. you might want a comprehensive patch test. that tests for a bunch of modern chemicals and stuff as well as the pin prick test on your back that tests for stuff the allergy shots can fix for a lot of people. the patch test allergens, they told me I have to avoid them because even though there are fixes after exposure/reaction, but no way to un-allergic myself to them like with allergy shots. some new chemical preservatives are common problems and for some weird reason coconut oil or its derivatives are in everything these days.

 

Finally got proper text on that last one. Old SD2 doesn't make it easy to get good text.

are jury surveys on connect worth it? I have never had any available before. now I have two available. but they say they take 70 min each. and I might not have time until tonight or maybe even tomorrow morning. and how long do they take to pay?

There have also been a couple of those reachify tasks up today for $4 a pop. Typically take me less than 5 minutes. Require master's qual and then the high school grad qual that comes from the 0 cent Amazon qual hits that show up every month or so.

 

They pay usually $10-15/hr and they don't respond to any messages. If you take too long reading or responding and time out you will just lose out on your time spent. This has only happened to me once and I have done many studies now. The estimate is usually accurate enough in my experience after you have been through the process once before and recognize the format. Seems to be 4 days to be paid. This all assumes the ones through TrialByData.

 

I just got paid for a jury study that took 12 days to pay. I send them in with no code if I think I'm going to run out of time and they've always been approved.

*I just looked, the 12 day-er was by a requester called FredSurvey, but it had the same format as TrialByData

 

it's the old empirical jury so you know... they're good for it but depending on the subject matter, may not be worth it.
