If I say I'm not a bot, people still think I'm a bot, because of course a bot would say it's not a bot. Conversely if I were to say I'm a bot, that obviously would confirm it too. If I decline to answer, I suppose that would confirm it as well. lol.

 

This is EXACTLY what a robot would say.

 

Mine too is working as shown in your screenshot (in both Firefox and Chrome), for the Requester ratings.

The apparently broken part (since long ago) is the HIT ratings. Mousing-over those grayed-off icons beside the HIT titles will show no data, just nulls (because the TurkerView server doesn't give any data when TVJS requests those ratings).

 

Im not buying it.

 

prolific dangled a $12 hit in front of me and then didn't let me join despite repeated clicking and then it disappeared and was replaced with one total hit that is $0.20.

 

maybe a neck brace wouldn't hurt. especially while sleeping? because for me, even now over a year after the bus accident I was in, I often wake up in pain from having moved this or that way while sleeping and aggravating the injuries. sometimes I still put on a wrist brace before I go to sleep to make it less of a problem.

 

@QualifyForBigPayday prolific isn't showing me how many spaces are available anymore. can you still see that?

I noticed that also. When you click on a study it still shows number available in the second window before you select start.

Actually this IS what a human would say. Go all around a thing and say nothing at all. A robot would just say NO and be done.

 

Yes, I agree totally there are no bots here. Skynet is a benevolent organization, people are too hyperbolic about the dangers of AI.

 

I don't usually have enough surveys that I pay too much attention to whether or not the spaces appear in the left side versus the description when it is highlighted.

Edit: The left side isn't showing spaces left anymore.

 

Robot turkers is a myth created by scammy requesters for an excuse to reject.

 

AI Agents and AI research assistants are currently being deployed by the chat gpt, and similar, companies. It may get interesting soon.

 

That's actually funny since they came up with this "bot" nonsense long before Chat GPT, it's almost like they asked for it.

 

I tried to use AI to help me file my court case about the bus accident I was in. it literally made up sections of law that didn't exist and had no basis in reality. it was the weirdest thing ever. a legal aid person I talked to at the courthouse told me he has seen AI make up court cases before, but the making up laws thing was new to him.

 

Nice. I just follow the tech news. And they say that it is finally being deployed.
