lol sometimes u just need the best. why let one of those filthy 99%ers touch a 35 cent survey when you can have top notch data?

 

If everyone would stop doing them, they'd repost at a better pay rate.

 

I got a rejection the other night dropping me to 99.84%. About went scorched earth and mailed the dude from an anonymous email

 

I had no problems with the first batch of the IC AI on prolific and everything was approved.

I qualified for them on mturk before and was scared of doing them there because of all the feedback and reviews about them but felt more secure and hopeful for help from prolific if something went wrong rejection wise.

This new batch of things on prolific is insane to me wildly ambiguous and open for interpretation without more guidance and I am worried to do more until they respond to my message.

Other people seem to be plowing right through them at breakneck pace with no worries.

Has anyone messaged them on prolific and received a response?

I think her big mistake was being with CloudResearch. They are the participant manipulation specialists. It's obvious they get the results a requester may want or expect, and not always the true results from the entire available participant pool. I had a lot of her studies on MTurk before I got the CR#2, and then on Prolific. She always paid fair and never rejected. What would a college professor in their 40s making over a million a year have to gain by falsifying data? Someone had it out for her.

Requesters were actually sending people to Prolific because CloudResearch was blocking participants on their longitudinal studies halfway through. That's seriously shitty.

 

I was never accepted by CloudResearch to begin with but I think was better off it this is what is going on.

 

I haven't gotten a response to the mails I have sent in the past. Just sent another about the missing videos/avatars in some of the tasks(just audio present). How have you rated these in the past/now? Only recently started doing some of their tasks on mturk..
