I've never seen aigens disappear so fast!

 

The numbers in that batch went down sooooo fast.

 

for the a.i. gen, if there is a picture but the product is nowhere to be found, do you click "unrecognizable" and hit all the options or just hit "no image" and not select anything? was a bit confused.

 

My mturk account got disabled today. I got an email saying

Greetings from Amazon Mechanical Turk,

We were unable to validate important details about your Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) account. As a result, your account has been suspended pending additional verification. At this time, we need you to verify your identity so we can reinstate your account.

In order to verify your identity, please send us a copy of your driver's license or an equivalent government issued Identification Document (ID). You can provide your ID by sending a scanned copy to our secure fax line at 1-206-569-1407. In addition, please be sure to type or clearly print the following information at the top of the document to help us identify you:

-- Your first and last name
-- The email you use to log into your MTurk Worker account

I already faxed my info this afternoon but my account isn't reinstated yet.


Has this ever happened to anyone? If so how long did it take to get your account back? Is there a number I can call? Or a different email where they respond even faster? any help is appreciated.

 

That really sucks bro. I've heard of it happening to a lot of people. Usually after verification they get their accounts back. Hopefully you get yours back soon.

 

That sucks. The fact they tell you to fax them that info is good compared to just straight up being suspended. I hope it gets sorted quick.

 

Sometimes when I accept a hit from Aigen batch I randomly get another hit in my queue? Anyone else getting that too?
