I bet they made their bulk-account-creation-on-random-forums script through ChatGPT or whatever and told it to "generate an image of a person for each forum's sign up process and use that image as profile pic" and so it did just that, except in the most literal sense - generated a pic of a random dude and added "TurkerView" and a Sign Up button to fully comply with the prompt.
