I bet they made their bulk-account-creation-on-random-forums script through ChatGPT or whatever and told it to "generate an image of a person for each forum's sign up process and use that image as profile pic" and so it did just that, except in the most literal sense - generated a pic of a random dude and added "TurkerView" and a Sign Up button to fully comply with the prompt.

I wish these requesters would stop paying for Masters when they have no idea what they are.

had to buy another effin' computer today. it'll get here Friday. did I just buy a refurbed thinkpad this summer? YES! am I super bummed and annoyed? Yes! but, you can't do the good AI stuff on a Chromebook. luckily the roommate's nephew is good at building computers so I'm crossing fingers he can get all 3 of my Lenovos up and running. had to settle for a 16gb HP in rose gold which is a little too pink for me. Bought the $40something insurance knowing I'll probably get an Amazon gift card for the cost within the next two years. we don't have snow in Delaware yet but I can feel it in my ankles. The moon is super bright and full tonight.
