this must be where my second one from yesterday ended up

 

I would be at 100% (1 reject out of 5361) except for one minor mistake I told the requester about ahead of time, but she didn't know how to reverse the reject.

 

if that happens again, people around here have guides for requesters for how to reverse rejections

 

Here's a link you can send to requesters when they offer to reverse or when there's an issue. I am chasing numbers for the next few days/weeks. Surveys are secondary.
