For some reason, my chewy stuff always goes through a different person than the rest of packages and this person NEVER puts the package where I ask or where is intuitive. If you go up my driveway, my back door is RIGHT THERE. This guy drags it all the way through my front yard to the front door we never open. I honestly should have opened the box and carried in the bags seperately but I'm stubborn so I dragged it in and damn near broke my toe on the weird half step up that comes out of nowhere.

But yeah, Chewy is the friggen bomb.

Dude, when I worked in retail I was warned ahead of time about black friday and such and was prepared to be there late turkey day night BUT I was never told when the store decided that year they were going to open on thanksgiving day for the first time and they wanted us there instead of dinner with little to no warning. Uh, NO. I did NOT sign up for missing the thanksgiving dinner I prepped. That was some legit bullshit.

I get that but retail is retail and there are never any guarantees except that CEO's like to make money lol. Around here at least the stores that do open don't open til later in the evening after everyone has eaten so I never thought of it as a big deal. Except for drug stores and gas stations but those have always been open all day. My poor husband hasn't been to Thanksgiving in like 4 years because he works retail and they don't close til like four. But he always gets a nice plate of leftovers.

For some reason, I was only using it for cat stuff mostly and it NEVER occured to me to see if the sorta hard to find dog food I like was on the website and DUH, it was. And at a good price to boot. Any time I don't have to try pulling bags of dog food that weighs half as much as me off a shelf over my head with a bunch of large dudes staring at me while I almost break my damn neck, it's a good day. It makes Matt sad though, he likes impressing me with his ability to carry 2 bags of dog food at once.

Why is Chewy better than Amazon?

 

yeah it is broken. w/e my queue is full so I'll worry about that later.

It tends to be cheaper last time I checked.
