Seconding that a wedding ceremony itself is a no. IMO the party is the reception; not the actual ceremony.

Has anyone ever had a rekog rejected?

 

The fax verification process was for Amazon payments which I would assume may be the issue with the name change. Searching the terms of service and contact information for them is the only way that I know for getting an up-to-date and accurate number as my account was verified quite some time ago. At that time the number was (206) 765-3424 but I would verify that is the current number before sending any personal/sensitive information.
