Morning all... slow start for me. Nearly double my weekly goal so far this week, but losing motivation quickly lol. Woke up reading about all the dumb asses throwing a hissy fit about McDonalds nugget sauce lol. I mean like organizing protests over it... really? I can't even begin to wrap my brain around that level of derpitude. I had to stop after reading the angry tweet from the guy that said he drove four hours and didn't get any... some people need to take a sharp left off the planet lol.

My SO and I participated in the 5k, it was a dual 10/5k and to be fair we walked A LOT (my knees are absolutely wrecked from my time in service, and she's just never been a runner). It was fun and we'll probably participate in more though.
