New multibinds is better IMO. I wrote it with tabbed grouping, checkbox compatibility, MIDI controller compatibility, a little bit prettier UI, built from scratch w/o jQuery, etc.

Just put "bonus" as a search term on OW. You'll get some crap in the beginning but with a well-managed block list I get some pretty routine bonuses.
