The clip inside of my cmd key broke off so it wouldn't snap back on. I had a toddler-esque meltdown for about 8 hours until I thought to rip one off of my old macbook. Then I didn't like how unbalanced it was so I evened it out with the other. I still don't like it, but holy bananas is it difficult to function without cmd. I don't recommend it.
