    Not sure if anyone is still watching/discussing the AWS stream, but DigitalGlobe (@Bobby 's GeoHIVEs, PicsfromAbove, etc) just did their presentation.

    For all the cracks about how we're helping drones & stuff, turns out the Africa/"mud hut" HITs specifically were for training AI in order to deliver vaccines to random human beings half a world away from all of us.

    Not to overestimate any of our self-worth here, but solid chance if you worked on those projects you probably contributed to saving an innumerable amount of people.

    Cool stuff sometimes :dunno:
