That poster is right though. For a majority of people mturk doesn't really cut it. If you happen to know how to script or whatever, then yeah, you'll make a bunch of money. Most people don't know how to do that though.

Kind of right. Not everyone lives in a high income area. I don't. When I was single and rented, I lived comfortably on $22,000 a year. I have clothes that still have price tags on them (that no longer fit) that remind me that I once had disposable income. We make almost 3 times that now, and struggle...but kids. So 24K without ever leaving your house is definitely feasible to live off of if you are single or frugal.

I am making 24K per year for my job (being a student) and I am pretty doing well. I am making 10K per year from mturk which goes to Heineken and charity. Life standards are important. (Polar Bear used to make same last year, this year he is at more than 120K), but that did not change our lifestyle except getting an house.

 

I was telling Airwrecka the other day we should move to the boonies somewhere so I can quit and just work on mturk and she can make crappy nurse pay in a low income area so we'll still be fine

 

I need to make much more than I am now.

 

I do it for odds when I am running more than 1 panda cause the order will always be different
