Well, everything gives an hourly result -- this inconsistency with ~1% of HITs is that's the reason I have it displaying on every page unload regardless of whether a submit was detected or not. But I'd venture to guess you're getting a yellow SB logo with "HIT Unloaded / Refreshed" or whatever as the title instead of a green SB logo with "HIT Submitted".

hmmm now that I think about it, yes I think it's yellow instead of green. I didn't realize that was the reason why it shows up even when I simply close a tab. Good to know! It's a great script btw, thanks, it really helps keep the motivation up during penny/nickel batches when the PE crawls and you don't feel like your making any progress.

 

I don't want to get rid of it, I like it lol. It's just strange that sometimes it's transparent and other times it isn't.

I wish she would put out a new survey. I catch this every day and it's always the same one. Great requester.

 

It's just the stylesheet for the HIT overriding the styles for the smiley.
Which is pretty weird, because usually an inline style has higher precedence over anything defined in a stylesheet.
I'm guessing they're using "!important" and I just have to fight back with my own "!important". Lol.
