    I've been playing with my timers for over a week now and I'm still getting a ton of Pre's. I only have one panda running in PC and HF is set to 2000 ms. What am I doing wrong? I'm really starting to miss www.

    985 is pretty much going to take up all of your page requests. If you are running one of them at 2000, you will need to run the other at roughly 2000 as well. This will generate 2 page requests every 2 seconds, which is close the 1/sec threshold (roughly) that you can get away with.
