The problem with TO2 isn't the userbase, its the lack of pretty much anything resembling leadership or accountability or even basic interest in the application.

What exactly have you actually done (not talked massive shit about) to earn that badge of honor you wear around here?

I'd be really happy to see this change. I'd also be happy to help you find loopholes in any system you are considering.

I have to admit, right now it's pretty disheartening to give you guys the best data I possibly can by being honest with my confidence levels, and then when I look at who won that week, I realize that even if I had won every single bet, it still didn't add up to enough. Right now, giving good data and trying to win the weekly award are not in harmony with each other.

 

No, the most significant problem with TO and TO2 is 100% the userbase.

The only reason "leadership, accountability, and the other 5 habits of highly effective people" come into play is because the userbase sucks and their contributions need to be deleted, filtered, or otherwise manipulated. You don't have that issue to any significant degree with TurkerView because the userbase is smaller and is comprised of generally more experienced and more serious turkers who speak English as their primary language.
