Seconded. Peppermint works for me too.

Green tea (hot), however, opposite effect haha. Though I dose douse (missed a letter) myself in it cold brewed during the summer.

 

It's hard to find ginger tea without lemon from my experience, and I don't really like lemon.

 

There are 2 great options for this that I use.

1. Peppermint oil (as in a good quality essential oil--Young Living and so forth). Inhale now and again as needed. You can also put some some (mixed with a carrier oil like jojoba) on your wrist and smell that as needed etc.

2. The motion sickness wrist bands that you can buy at Wal-Mart are good for and type of nausea. (about $9)

Edit--do not put Peppermint oil directly on your skin without mixing it with another oil. It is a "hot" oil and will burn you. Peppermint is also great for itching--poison ivy, bug bites and so forth.

I've found that with Z's in the morning, if I jump into Panda Crazy every 5 or so Z's, turn off the "Go Ham" and then turn it back on, it helps me catch more?

 

Ginger is the best natural remedy for nausea. Really in any form, flat ginger ale, ginger tea, ginger pills, ginger chews...
