I hate Pinterest and their No More Work Available Hits.

 

It took me a solid hour but I struggled with the math portions. If you are very good with percentages and charts you can do it faster. I was approved after a few days of waiting. I was nervous because I don't think I scored well on some of it but it doesn't clarify, that I could find, that your score matters.

 

@ChrisTurk did you change the alerts for non live view again? I seem to be getting them again.

Thank you again for this extra info. I've just started looking a little and I've seen some of the 0 or 3.5% down options but there is still insurance and such. I'll check more and see if there is also maybe state specific options. I have seen rent to own but it's very rare here. I really do appreciate the info.

I've got about 3 years to get it figured out but I'm definitely starting to map out my plan now. Rent is just too high, I can't afford it.

ARRC has some new hits out for smokers and the same feel bad about yourself sex surveys lol. They pay pretty well. If you haven't done their hits before they will all have some quals attached but they are tests that instant grant the score.
