Like, I loaded the whole thing up yesterday, but I couldn't run it when I finished because there was a guy coming to do some electrical work and we would have to flip the breakers off. So we were just gonna run it on 4 hr delay when we went to bed so it would finish not too long before we got up (we always open it to let all the steam and stuff out after it finishes so things don't start rusting and getting messed up).

Like, 100% i'm less mad about the dishes than the food though. I worked hard on that food

But yea, I never believe someone is going to do something they say they're gonna do, unless they actually, y'know, start doing it.

 

Not gonna lie, my eyes immediately picked out the words, “ guy coming over,” and I thought you had a hot date and didn’t wanna run the dishwasher whilst you were entertaining.

I sorta let myself down there.

I rarely miss the fun I had in my 20s, if it makes you feel any better. I mostly just cringe when I think about them

I didn't really have much fun ever (I mean, i've done some...things...but not like the typical things you'd really think about when people talk about the things they did when they were young), but i've always really just been an old person at heart, none of that "fun" stuff has ever appealed to me.

Have I ever told you about my favorite cat, Bearnie? He’s the best. Except for this morning when he knocked a pan off the stove at 4am and I yelled, “ I hate you! You’re an ash hole!” Bearnie just came back into my room, resumed being little spoon, and I immediately forgot I was pissed.

 

I plan to be 25 for at least 5-7 more years.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

 

One of mine likes to wake me up in the middle of the night, usually by patting me on the face, then stare intently at my pillow which in my half awake state immediately convinces me there's something under my pillow (such as a mouse), and makes me jump up and wake Chris up to make him check.

I'm not a fun person to sleep in a bed with
