    rip well I guess that we would want to find someone that is blocked from a requester that has hits up all the time. Wasn't @Melting Glacier blocked from one of the receipt requesters that are up all the time?

    /r/legaladvice loves fence & tree issues. They're pretty good about state/county specific advice since in some places "shared" fences do end up having to split costs -,-

    I've seen similar posts like that go totally different directions depending on the area, unfortunately.

    Usually, it requires agreement though & not unilateral decisions. Obvs, check the state/county laws because ymmv, but we had a similar issue where a neighbor replaced fence between the farms without asking, and they couldn't force us to pay in the end because they didn't even consult us...and went like 6 inches onto our farm because they couldn't be bothered to check the property lines lmao. Thanks for the free fence assholes :bearnielazer:
