    I would send a polite message explaining the damage that can do to a worker's account and asking him to use exclusion quals in the future. I don't think many requesters are aware of how bad that can be when they first start.

    Also, I'm mostly positive there aren't any stones lying around in either family, but that's a good point. I am currently working with a jeweler recommended by two of my closest married buds, both used him. I want to say he mentioned palladium at one point, but I don't recall.
