Yes, I mean the bonus count. I hit reset on the first of the month, rather than when we get bonuses.

 

As long as you're actively working you'll always have a few over what you get because ones that aren't "confirmed" in their system aren't paid out until the next month. Usually it lines up with ones that aren't approved IIRC, its basically a few days delay from the ones that you've submitted since the 1st of the month or so.
