More than anything I really just don't appreciate being YELLED at and talked down to. A simple "we dropped the ball, we're really sorry, we know this is extremely important to you and that we caused extra stress in an already stressful time" would have made me 100% understanding. Trying to force compassion on me with imagery of crying children missing their daddy isn't going to work though. I wish he knew how many mTurk requesters tried and failed with WAY worse images. I've straight up seen a little kid being ate by a vulture, dude.
