    Depends on your step and how your stride tends to make your foot "roll" if you have a good running or triathlon store near you it would be a good place to get your stride analyzed and tell you what to look for you don't really have to buy from them . As far as brands are concerned I prefer Brooks or New Balance and like a cross-trainer style rather than a minimalist shoe or tri-style shoe. A lot of people complain about a shoe that is uncomfortable because it is too soft or too hard on the instep/outstep and not designed well for the runner's step and stride.

    Yes, they didn't have the requirements for links and screens in the first one, you just needed to find the address. Now you'll need much more proof, usually 2 or 3 screens and links to prove your case.
