Pinterest emailed me and said that Work out PINs are considered NOT racy by them. That helps to clarify for sure as minimally dressed..swimsuit etc doesn't help classify workout gear..which can look like both. The porno pins can be quite subjective according to them and you may get something wrong is marked as racy and it's considered pornographic.
