My accident was three years ago and it was a large claim my new car was totaled and I had huge hospital bills but when it came time to renew my policy they didn't actually raise my insurance despite it being a single car accident they told me the day before my first payment was due on the new policy that I couldn't make monthly payments that I had to pay for the whole year up front despite never being late or missing a payment...not with that company anymore

 

That's awful, insurance companies are just terrible to their customers.
