    I think it was more he wasn't specifically trying to be a dick, but making a friendly joke in order to initiate conversation and appear friendly. If you found his joke offensive, you should've told him so so that he actually thinks more about the ways he initiates conversation in the future.

    I suggest getting something like a honda fit to move bodies in. It is small enough that people wouldn't expect it but roomy enough to get the job done.
