Birdie's trouble with the dmv just keeps getting better and better.

Updated my insurance months ago to Cali. Then, get a threatening letter about how my registration will get suspended because I still have SC auto insurance....k. Have Statefarm fix it. They send me a card that is good till July 1st. Cool beans.

Flash forward to now, my new insurance card hasn't gotten here in the mail and I don't love driving around with the old one. The agent tells us she's not sure why it hasn't shown up and she will have them mail us another one. They send me an SC one. I have paid the bill, our insurance is bundled and Matt's bike has a cali card, and I'm vexxed. I call, she says they will fix it. So, OF FUCKING COURSE, the dmv is all up in my junk today and want to know why my insurance is not for this state. Le me: It was a mistake on their end, look at my older card, it must have been a mix up. The dmv: we want an updated one asap or we are going to suspend your registration. K cool.

I have a question about HIT Catcher. Is it better to keep watchers and just turn them off and on after a certain amount of time or should you keep deleting watchers that don't catch something?

If the survey has a duration of say 1 hour, you should turn the panda off for it after 1hr 5min has gone by. At that point your odds of catching it diminish greatly, unless the survey reposts - which you can't predict so may as well ignore as clutter so long as you have more important pandas to run.

 

Consider Erie. I don't think a lot of people heard of them, but they were a quarter of the cost of State Farm with the same coverage for me.

 

Turns out that being a good person has no benefits. Returned a Darcy hit because it's basically a duplicate of something I did a few hours ago. Only to get rekt because now I'm unable to do another endor's hit that I caught.

Next time this Darcy person post and I catch it, I'm just going to do it despite it clearly being a dupe.
