    I do; I work a lot from the couch, with my laptop on my lap, and my mousepad next to it on the couch. Sometimes I'll put a flat pillow under the mouse but ordinarily I don't feel it helps.

    If I'm doing something that doesn't require my numpad, sometimes I'll just put my mousepad up there, on the right side of the keyboard, since it doesn't cover much besides that.
