    Something I never hear much anymore is, "Diversify Diversify Diversify!" Do a bunch of a few different things and don't put all your eggs in one basket, because if they reject everything you're out the numbers, the money, and the time you could have spent doing something else. At least, that's some old school advice I remember. :dunno:
