I generally never re-ban people as long as they keep their mouths shut or at the very least don't let on who they are & don't act like morons. It was pretty obvious who it was as soon as they had a bright shining bow as an avatar & was poking at RA.

There's just no point in bothering, its not like they wont still be here, so its not a big deal to let them sit & read or w/e they wanna do. There's no real negative result until the drama starts & I don't care about personal "vendettas" enough to bother tracking who the heck is who here. Again, see the points about actually working vs whatever it is people do to amuse themselves that are wholly unproductive I made the other day.
