    There is always a cap. Before I got the qual last year, it seemed like the original people with the qual would get about 10% of the overall batch. Our group being added last year changed that to about 5%. I would assume that number will go down again with all of the new quals.

    Stay on top of it though, because they have a tendency to raise the cap periodically throughout the day.
