    Yep, of the three, my list goes Smith > Eccleston > Tennant. Eccleston was my favorite until this episode of 11s: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoVLhUxhdSw and then I went back and watched all of him from the beginning and declared him my favorite. He grew on me slowly, but that part was like, yep, he's the best, end of story.
