Honestly, you'd think the landlord would have outlined a few of the more imporant ones to us when she handed us the 60+ page ccr. Cause, I had no idea I was gonna get my ass handed over to me because my trashcan was visible from the street, as I've never lived in a neighborhood of total psychos before.
