No way you can do this in 3 minutes, it's a partner dependent task (you have to wait to get connected first of all) and the rounds just kept coming. Some of their previous HITs could sometimes be done in 3 minutes or less with a responsive partner, but I don't see that being possible for these. Even with the max bonus this is pretty bad.
