    If you're using chrome
    chrome://settings/siteData?search=content+settings

    then type qualtrics in the search bar that says "Search cookies", and delete 'em.

    You'll have to delete your Qualtrics cookies. In Chrome you go to advanced settings, content settings, cookies, see all, then type in qualtrics, then clear those. This will only delete those cookies. If you do it the normal way you'll delete all cookies and might lose your scripts and other important stuff.
