They didn't used to. Kenmore was the best brand ever.

My parents have $2800 in store credit that need to be used to replace their old fridge that died. The real question is how the fuck did they not realize that Sears sucked 2 years ago when they bought the fridge.

If the money wasn't locked into sears it would be a lot easier.

 

I can only imagine the conversation in that car: "Oh look Herb their deals are so hot they're literally having to put fires out."

Does Sears sell giftcards to other stores? Wouldn't surprise me for them trying any way possible to make a buck even if it causes people to spend more money at a different store.
