    The good news is that I made all the bolognese this weekend and chucked it in the freezer:

    I'm doing a baked pasta so that I can prep it, put it in the fridge, and then bake it right before everyone gets here. I'm gonna make the bread dough and freeze it today or tommorow so I can just bake it that day (which is what I do a lot lol), and I'm gonna make the cheesecake and puff pastry the day before so I'll just have to assemble. I just need my little man to get better or we'll be back in the vet tomorrow. :emoji_cry:
