Sounds like the wrath of a new Chrome update. I had the same problem going on this morning. Here is what I ended up doing:

Up there immediately to the left of the address line for your hit scraper page click on the little padlock thingie. Go down to where it says "Cookies". Look for the word "Blocked" click on it. Look to see if your hitscraper page is blocked. Make it so it is allowed and then refresh the page. You should get your page back. I had the same problem with any page that was trying to get information to or from MTurk and I was NOT amused. ... ymmv
