I flagged 1 HIT where the person was trying to say a person's name and pronounced it as profanity. I wonder if that's why.

Before it slowed down I just had my Panda queue fill instantly 4 times in a row and I think I missed a few because the time expired.
I wish Picolang would make their detect profanity HITs longer than 1 minute.
