Maybe you got lucky or there was some weird glitch then. Unless it was returned you might be able to grab it again too if its still around.
I believe it shows up on whatever day you accepted the hit rather than the day you submitted it.
I've also had luck just explaining that I done did goof and I'll include the completion code into the message to the requester.
