If you right click inside it & inspect element the console probably has a dump. I've found other issues like that & the details were nicely dumped...

You can manually set the date ranges to anything. Those buttons are just quick presets
If you click the MTurk Suite link on MTurk's navbar it'll open the sidebar w/ all the tool links. Or just click on the MTS icon & same effect....
