The start was suuuuper rough, but honestly the routine now isn't too terrible. I've done my 4hr/night max sleep work sprints the last two weekends...
6hrs/day and my scores are 72-7ish on fitbit @gurlondrums @ThisPoorGuy that's with a 3 month old & 600mg caffeine a day.. you guys are owed one...
