Panda Crazy? It's best used for catching hits. If you want to search for requesters you should either use Overwatch or the include list on Hit Finder.

You'll need the group id to add a panda. Right click the link to the hit, copy link address, and then paste that into the add job box on Panda Crazy.
How are you opening the hits? Directly from worker queue or clicking continue from PC?
