Prolific has been known to reverse rejections, but it takes them a while. I'm not sure what the procedure would be if there were enough rejections...
I saw on Reddit they take weeks to approve and reject a large proportion of them....

When they were on MTurk, it was a SurveyComet account that belongs to CloudResearch. Prime Research Solutions LLC, aka Turkprime aka CloudResearch...
They are not "different people". They have quite a few sock puppet accounts they use for various purposes, usually to categorize participants....
